I drove out to Bill and Michelle’s farm near Listowel one beautiful evening in the fall. Bill and his wife Michelle, work hard to raise pasture fed beef, pork, and chicken with a variety of cuts and other products!
I had a great time catching up with them and seeing their farm, where they have worked so hard!
We are living in such a wierd time, with a lot of uncertainty. I just hope that during this time we will see a mind shift, and that people will see the value in sourcing their food locally and supporting our farmers.
