Soooooooooo I’m pretty sure I get to photograph the most gorgeous families! And any kids who don’t want to leave a shoot are pretty top notch in my books!!

As a photographer, I am always encouraging moms and women to get in the frame. To have those images preserved of ourselves and our kids. We go through many transitions in life, and I believe in capturing all of it. The good, the ugly, the hard and beautiful. Life is so fleeting.

I thought it was time, I took my own advice and did that for myself, but gosh, it was hard! I can't even tell you the number of times I almost messaged @brynne.photo to cancel this session.
I struggle with the way I look from years of shift work and now hormonal premenopausal weight gain.
But I also know that in 20 years, I will look back on these photos and wish I looked the way I do now.
More than anything, I wanted the memories of summers at the beach with the boys preserved, and Brynne did just that. From start to finish, they perfectly capture us at the beach, and I couldn't be happier!

So ladies, take the risk. Get the photos even when you don't feel like yourself. I promise you won't regret it.

Grey/Bruce has so much to offer, from gorgeous water views to scenic trails. It's no wonder so many choose it as a spot to vacation. With grandparents coming all the way from England to meet their grandson for the 1st time, this waterfront cottage in Meaford was the perfect spot for some family photos while on holidays.
